VAST Contest 2006                                              

The VAST Contest was a participation category of the IEEE VAST 2006 Symposium (part of VIS 2006).  It continued in the footsteps of the IEEE InfoVis contests. Its purposes were to promote the development of benchmark data sets and metrics for visual analytics and to establish a forum to advance visual analytics evaluation methods.
